“Matt has helped my wife and I buy and sell multiple homes over the past few years. Not only has he helped me find land for us to build our dream home, he has sold our previous two homes, guided us through buying multiple investment homes, and helped me get homes rented. He is an excellent communicator and doesn't sugarcoat anything. His honesty is refreshing and makes the process easy from start to finish. “I'd highly recommend Matt. I live in Nashville and Matt sold my property in Chattanooga. He coordinated every detail, arranged for tradesmen to fix a couple things, and painters to paint the interior of house, met them for me and generally managed the whole process.
